Just wanted to say a big thanks for everyone who has ever commented on any of my pictures, or has added a favorite. There are so many artists on here that are left almost unrecognized -- and sometimes it seems like deviantart is almost a site where everyone is racing to get more views, more favorites etc. Sometimes we just need to sit back and take in the art around us and truly enjoy what is being submitted. A lot of these photographs are coming straight from the artists imagination and capturing what they see as true beauty.

I know I need to do this. Lately I've just been trying to advertise my page a little more. Most of the time it does not seem to be working at all -- so it kind of kicked me in the butt and made me realize what I just said; I need to think about why I'm submitting my art rather than getting caught up in the process of getting more views, favorites, etc.
